We are increasing our business development activity and need a dynamic and confident Marketing Executive to work promote our 62 independent barristers. You must be capable of winning their trust and delivering a marketing plan to support the continued growth of their practices.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2yrs + marketing experience to develop a high-profile role, working closely with our Chief Executive, and to shape the remit and direction of this new position, as you develop within the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and overseeing our annual marketing plan in conjunction with our Chief Executive, developing a new CRM programme to help grow our members’ practices, and delivering a variety of communications projects, including newsletters, seminars, book publishing and maintaining the Chambers’ website. You will also act as ‘brand champion’ for the 9 Gough Square identity, conduct research to inform marketing activity and compile regular marketing reports.
We are looking for a confident self-starter who is able to influence and motivate at a high level. You must possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage marketing projects from initial planning to delivery. You will be of graduate calibre (or equivalent), and will hold, or be working towards, a relevant marketing communications qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, especially Publisher, with the ability to run reports and analyse data in Excel.
