We have been instructed for the prosecution or defence in numerous high profile and complex cases brought by prosecuting authorities in the UK and in other Commonwealth jurisdictions. Acting for and against regulators including disciplinary tribunals, City regulators and others, investigations in a financial or commercial context are a particular speciality. Our Team has unusual experience and familiarity with both Civil and Criminal procedures and we were involved in the criminal prosecution of Doherty where funding of the related Civil case has recently caused such a stir.
