Christopher has undertaken lengthy and highly technical arbitrations on behalf of the Government. He has experience in the use and storage of particularly sensitive documents and is an expert in the use of electronic document management and e-disclosure systems.

He has wide experience in residential and commercial landlord & tenant cases. Areas include: business tenancy renewal, dilapidations, forfeiture, enfranchisement, service charges, residential possession and statutory protection of long leaseholders.
General Property and Business Disputes
Christopher has experience in boundaries, easements, adverse possession and mortgage possession claims, property disputes between cohabitants as well as actions on behalf of sheriffs and bailiffs. Business disputes areas include: sale of goods and hire purchase, advertising contracts, building disputes, franchise agreements, Inheritance Act claims and partnership.
Professional Negligence
His experience includes: claims against solicitors, barristers, accountants, surveyors and insurance brokers. He has dealt with many claims against solicitors arising out of their conduct of property and of personal injury proceedings.
Personal Injury
The main emphasis of Christopher's Personal Injury work is that of employers' liability actions but it also includes: road traffic, highway, occupiers' liability and product liability claims.
